2. User Accounts

4. Transactions

Marketplace is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. You agree that:

  • We do not guarantee the completion or quality of any transaction
  • Disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved
  • Payment arrangements are made between buyers and sellers unless using our integrated payment features
  • You should exercise caution when meeting other users in person

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
  • Posting fraudulent or deceptive listings
  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam
  • Attempting to scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without authorization
  • Circumventing platform safety or security measures

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Marketplace platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Marketplace or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
